To promote and preserve Vietnamese cultural heritage and identity by empowering Vietnamese Australians to:

Actively participate in all aspects of the Australian society

Stand proud of our Vietnamese heritage

Assist in the human rights development in Vietnam and other parts of the world

Focus on the social support services where service delivery gaps exist in mainstream services, in particular the aged, family, women’s services and people with disability
